My children in Blue Mountain
My children in last weekend of holiday traveled with my husband to Blue Mountain. They like skiing and it was a beautiful weekend of sun and fun, with temperature of about – 5C. It was great for them.

October Pink
October Pink is a campaign started in the U.S., in 1997,with an international scope, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of early detection of breast cancer, thus increasing the chances of a cure.
In October 2010, INCA (National Institute Against Cancer) located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil,recomended the prevention, early detection and regular breast self examination, a mammogram every 6 months after 40 years, and access to quality information. In 2011 the recommendations focused on treatment of women with malignant tumours, how to start your treatment as soon as possible.They recomended not exceeding the maximum period of three months, and that the patient be accompanied by a multidisciplinary team to create an environment that welcomes and respects the expectations, autonomy, dignity and confidentiality of the patient. This type of cancer is the second leading cause of death among Brazilian women.
